Disclaimer: Should an error occur on any one of these items, there are numerous places during the purchase process to delete, or cancel an incorrect selection. 

REFUND POLICY

A full refund may be requested outside 48hrs of arrival.  Use the link to Request a Refund in the confirmation email. Refunds cannot be requested until after midnight the day of purchase. There are no refunds inside 48hrs of arrival for:

• Incorrect ticket/date/time selections
• Change of plans/number of guests
• Weather conditions, unless the State of New Mexico officially closes the road
